Glimpses from the greenhouse18 February 2015
I love the greenhouses they have in botanical gardens.
The tropic ones full of palm trees, orchids, vines and lots of plants you didn't even know existed.
There's something special with that humid climate and the silence inside the tropical greenhouses.
I love to go there to warm up my mind and soul in the middle of the winter, when it's snow or frost out side.
Last week I went to the Garden Society, here in Gothenburg.
This time of the year is quite magical there, then the camelias are in full blossom.
If you look around closely you will find lots of beautiful still lifes -
just accidently with pots and tools.
A whole wing in the old Victorian greenhouse is dedicated to camelias.
And I think I might need to dedicated a whole blog post to these beauties too.
